Physician Assistant (PA) - Family Medicine Job in Evanston, Wyoming

Bridger Valley Medical Group is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in beautiful Bridger Valley, Wyoming (just minutes from Lyman, WY).

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Preventative health visits, annual wellness exams, and chronic disease management.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Order, interpret, and communicate lab and diagnostic testing results.
  
• Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice.
• Patient and family education.
• Participate in same-day access scheduling to support timely patient care.
• Utilize telehealth technology when appropriate.
• Collaborate with specialists and hospital providers.
• Accurately document encounters within the EMR.
• Participate in outreach activities and community health initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Open to both practicing PAs and new grads (FM or Rural Health experience preferred).
• Certified PA.

Schedule:

• Full-time position: Monday–Friday clinic schedule.
• No evenings, weekends, or holidays unless otherwise assigned.
